What exactly is a WhatsApp AI agent?
An AI agent is a bot that understands free language. It is trained on your business information: services, prices, common questions, documents and your website. It answers customers on WhatsApp like a human rep, filters enquiries, books meetings and hands the chat to a person when needed.
What's the difference between an official Meta connection and an unofficial one?
An official connection (the WhatsApp Cloud API, as in Jako and BOT67) is approved by Meta, stable and suited to high-volume sending with approved templates. An unofficial connection (such as the Push software) works through regular WhatsApp on a computer. It's cheap and simple, but more limited and more exposed to blocking.
